d. Any access code, password, or confidential procedure which would aid others in gaining unauthorized access
to any confidential information or file;

e. Any defamatory statement or material, or the use of foul language;

f. Any explicitly declared trade secrets;

g. Any proprietary software; or

h. Chain letters, pyramid or get-rich quick schemes.
