Butter Fried Cabbage PREVIOUS NEXT INDEX
1 head cabbage
3 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup water (varries)
1/2 cup shreaded carrots

3 cloves garlic

2 medium onions
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/8 lb butter
season to taste



Chop onions and cabbage as close to shreaded as possible start with 1/4 cup water, 1/16 butter on medium heat until melted add onions and cover until softened slightly, then add cabbage as water begins to evaporate, cover let sit for 10 mins, check for cabbage to begine softening, if water evaporates completely,add more cabbage should soften and start browning, then add garlic & Carrots Optionally you can add some cashews with carrots and stir in soy sauce and worchestershire, water can be substituted w/white wine
